You are able to align the right resources to the task at hand; foresee and plan around obstacles. You have a passion for building great teams - a proven ability to develop others who have significantly contributed to the company's success and a history of making good hiring decisions. 
 
 
What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate Daasity’s global communications and marketing strategy
  • Generate $8M in ARR per year from marketing, closed by the sales team, through demand generation, product marketing, and events. Our demand generation and content teams are fairly mature but events and community are new to Daasity in 2022
  • Build community - A critical component to building a consumer brand is leveraging data to make better and faster decisions. We need to build a community that enables brands to accelerate their growth by becoming data-driven organizations
  • Scale our product marketing and customer marketing efforts by articulating the value proposition for prospects anywhere from $20MM GMV to > $1B GMV
 
Requirements:
  • In depth experience as a marketing leader (VP or higher) with proven product marketing success in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Extensive experience marketing to a highly technical buyer – ie. Data Engineers, Developers, CTOs, etc.
  • You've led an entire marketing org (6+ people), ideally, you have a community, content, or events background
  • You've seen the journey of an early stage start-up moving into hyper-growth and beyond
  • You like numbers just like we do. You score ideas based on impact+cost. You’re OK to get your hands dirty and take on tasks as needed while you grow your team
  • You can articulate a brand strategy to educate merchants on the value of being data-driven
  • You like to move FAST and achieve big things. You have a ton of energy and you communicate this to people on your team
  • You have experience with high-velocity B2B or B2C SaaS, with an annual contract value between $1k and $10k
  • You have experience and are comfortable managing paid media budgets ranging from $200K to $2M and beyond
