Daasity is looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who will serve as the primary designer on all projects including digital campaigns, print, event sponsorships, web pages, presentations, sales collateral, and more. You can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations. We see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages and informs with a goal to inspire and attract the target audience. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. Who Should Apply?
The right candidate for this role will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. It is critical that the person in this role has a keen eye for aesthetics and details, exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, and ability to meet deadlines. 


What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with product, marketing and sales teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload
  • Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

Requirements:
  • 3+ years in professional graphic design, preferably at a Saas company
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, related field, or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
  • Experience with UI design a plus
  • Experience in ecommerce a plus
