In this role you get to:
- You will use a combination of passive and active recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire exceptional technology talent
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for tech talent
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
- Collaborate with others on the team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
- Ensure that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with senior level management
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, technology talent such as Software Engineers, SQL Developers, BI Developers, BI Managers, Technical Support Managers and QA staff
- Demonstrated experience identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates
- A passion building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels
- Results oriented mentality with superior research and sourcing skills
- A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process
- A track record for putting the candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do
