Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical discipline
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Force.com, Lightening Web Components (LWC), VisualForce and Apex programming languages – expert level experience preferred
- 3+ years working with the Vlocity framework (preferably Health and/or Financial Insurance verticals)
- Experience in developing technology solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Familiarity with Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
- Deep experience with Web Services/API’s (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with Agile Development Methodology, and familiarity with Scrum approach
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling including Salesforce.com SOQL, SOSL query languages.
- Trusted writer/reviewer of the most complex design documents in their scope.
- Consistent awareness of scaling, reliability and security in their work and teams.
- Keen eye for technical debt and searches for opportunities to improve our frameworks or tooling.
Technical Skills
- Deep working knowledge of OmniStudio Vlocity components – OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Services, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures
- Salesforce Data Model knowledge
- Salesforce (Force.com, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components, Wave)
- Metadata API, REST/SOAP (preferred)
- GitLab/GitHub processes/workflow
- SFDX Dev process & tools, scratch org's, etc.

Salesforce Platform Developer I (Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Designer (Preferred)
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification (Preferred)
