JOB AD – SALES EXECUTIVE (No Travel)

Strong demand means we are looking to add a couple of rockstar salespeople with 1-2 years of phone-based sales in either SaaS, healthcare, or similar related sales experience to join our Glendale-based team and grow our market share.

We play the long game so that you don’t have to. We’ll start you on a salary, commensurate with your experience. We’ll increase that salary, regularly, as you accumulate skills. At every step, we’ll ensure you’re paid your market value (or better) and we’ll work hard, every day, to boost that value!

In this sales role—unlike most other sales role on the planet—you don’t have to research your clients.
A dynamic marketing team does all the research for you. This team identifies market segments, researches prospects, and their special requirements, and then customizes a compelling offer that meets those needs.
Oh, and one more thing. You don’t have to travel. You’ll do your consultative selling with a headset and a web conference from our very comfortable Glendale office.

- Someone who’s comfortable in a busy sales environment and, ideally, someone who has sold solutions over the phone, preferably with experience in healthcare, SaaS, or similar sales experience.

- A willingness to learn our products and how they can help our clients.
- A willingness to identify and learn best practices in sales.
- Someone who’s a team player (not a mercenary). After all, sales at Eon is a team sport and we like it that way.
